Very sociable, good food, prices are relatively good (for the area) and the host is a great guy. The wait staff are very friendly. Definitely recommendable!

One of our favorite eateries. In summer, a wonderful beer garden is offered here, especially recommended with children. The play facilities made available are better than in some playgrounds - great "castle". Excellent pick-up option during the Corona period, we ordered great food on Christmas Day and received it on time. All employees were always very motivated, quick and, above all, always very friendly. What else should you write ???? Perfect inn as you rarely find it !! PS: By the way, also very socially committed and a platform / stage for regional artists.

The venison ragout was fantastic: very tender, aromatic venison and fine spelled spaetzle in a well-seasoned sauce, hats off! Coming from a family of hunters myself, I haven't eaten as well-prepared game "out" as I do today at Fröhlich's.

A rustic restaurant with a surprising menu. We had expected typical Bavarian cuisine and were surprised with dishes interpreted in a modern way, whether "Salad for strong women and men" with pork steak, or Cordon Bleu with Camembert instead of Edam. We liked the interpretations very much and the desserts (apple strudel or curd raspberry strudel) were excellent and could be put together individually, e.g. with ice cream or vanilla sauce. The service was courteous, quick and present, so drinks can be reordered at any time without having to look for someone first. The current Corona regulations are well implemented, the tables offer enough distance from one another and hand disinfection has also been provided. The registration was done here simply via QR code, so there was no need to fill in slips by hand. We felt we were in good hands and deliciously entertained.

We went to Fröhlichs Wirtshaus to eat today on the recommendation of the Walchensee tourist information office. Very delicious food, plenty of large portions at reasonable prices and a very nice host. People who love Bavarian cuisine and Bavarian flair, go there. Can't forgive myself that I overlooked this on my Bodensee-Königsee bike tour in September 2020. I was too fast

Positively manageable menu with a reasonable price-performance ratio. Delicious, good quality dishes, good unobtrusive service. Sensible corona concept. You feel good here because it's just cozy.

Spontaneously with 30 people to eat there. Drinks and food were ordered outside through a window (self-service) from a very friendly employee. A pager provided information about when the food was ready to be picked up. All meals are prepared really quickly and very, very tasty. Kudos for the self-service concept and the delicious food.

Very tasty food! The prices are reasonable and the portions are really filling! You can't complain about the staff, because everyone is friendly and courteous. We loved it so much that we even ate there two days in a row 😊

Food tastes cozy, nice people, everything was great. I especially like the ice cream clown for children, a cute, colorful bowl with nicely arranged ice cream and waffles.

The Fröhlichs Wirtshaus is a great restaurant, with a nice chef and great food. There is a nice children's playground and a great children's and normal menu. The food is great and the service is great. There are also no long waiting times and a nice beer garden.

Discovered by accident while driving past and decided to stop there on the way back. Very friendly and attentive boss. We were traveling with children and were immediately asked whether we would like to sit at the play corner or somewhere else. When we read the map, we could hardly make a decision. Everything sounded so delicious. The food came very quickly and was simply a dream. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. The restaurant is unfortunately not very close to us but we will definitely be back! Finally we have to eat our way through the rest of the menu.

In search of a typical Bavarian pork knuckle (in our hotel no trace of it), we came across this economy and were completely rewarded! Very friendly staff, super fast food and an ambience as you would expect in Bavaria and what you like the Bayern! Gladly again and from us 10 stars ⭐️

Good restaurant in the area. Personal were very frendly and helpful. This place also have a playground for the children and parking. Also meals were very delicious. From the restaurant it also opening the view to Alps. I will defenetive recommend this restorant
